Since 2018 we have been sourcing hard to find and rare fashion dolls for for our beloved buyers and the doll community, in Australia and world-wide. 

We speciliase, and only stock, dolls that are considered to be  Vintage, Designer or are collectable. We tend not to source play-line dolls intended for children, rather, we provide a selection of dolls suitable for the avid adult collector.

RETURNS & REFUNDS: 

Not happy with your new doll? We are so sorry! And will do our best to turn your experience around. 

Should your doll arrive damaged or not as described, we will organise a return of the doll back to us and a full refund, exchange or store credit.

Please choose carefully as we do not accepts returns due to change of mind. 

Please Note: Under no circumstance, can we provide refunds or exchanges to sale items.

INTERNATIONAL SALES: 

All international sales do not include any customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and may vary depending on your country’s regulations. We recommend checking with your local customs office for details on potential additional costs before making a purchase. 

SALES TO THE UNITED STATES: 

As of August 2025, the Trump administration has implemented comprehensive changes to US tariff rates. Due to this, we are obliged, as a supplier, to cover any tariff costs (on your behalf), prior to any of our goods entering the United States. 

Due to the comprehensive nature of these tariffs, we are yet to find a system, which can accurately calculate this cost for you, at checkout. Currently, our sales do not include any duty costs for International buyers.

Therefore, after finalising your order, please standby, as we will contact you with an invoice to collect any necessary tariff expenses.

Please note: that we will not be able to ship out any orders with outstanding tariff related charges.

PRE-ORDERS: 

Pre-orders are to be paid in full at the time of the order including shipping costs (unless otherwise specified). We Cannot offer any changes or cancellations to pre-orders once an order is placed.   

WHY WE CAN'T CANCEL PRE-ORDERS:

In most cases, pre-order items require a strict stock commitment with the supplier, to which we are unable to reduce or make changes to. Further to this, funds obtained from pre-orders are immediately invested back into the business ,to fund our commitment, in bringing you a continuous cycle of new & exciting collector dolls!

DELIVERY TIMES & DELAYS TO PRE-ORDERS: Please refer to the item description for estimated delivery times. Delivery times are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. Please refer to the item's listing in the "Coming Soon" section of our website, for updated delivery times. Buyers will receive an email with tracking details, once the item has been dispatched from our store.

UNFULFILLED PRE-ORDERS: 

We will do everything within our power to ensure your pre-ordered items are fulfilled on time.  

Should changes in global stock levels, or any other factors beyond our control, heavily delay or leave us unable to fulfil your pre-order items, we will contact you immediately to discuss your options, which may include an exchange of item or a cancellation of your pre-order. 

Cancelled Pre-order Items, for reasons outside of our control, will be refunded to you in full in the form of Store Credit ONLY.

SHIPPING POLICY:

We ship all our orders via Australia Post from Sydney, Australia.

All shipments are sent with tracking and insurance. tracking numbers are provided via email once items have been shipped. 

We aim to ship items within 2-3 business days of items being in-stock.

We offer both standard and express shipping for International buyers. Rates are calculated automatically at check out and depend on the size & weight of your order.

We are happy to provide pre-paid shipping labels for returns and exchanges.

All payments made towards your plan are non-refundable, including your deposit. Please note, this payment option incurs a 10% service fee which will be added to your plan.

BANNED MEMBERS: 

Our commitment to offering you a luxury experience is our top priority and we are proud of our stellar reputation. Collectors, who deliberately & unfairly, go against our clear & upfront terms and conditions, face a 3 month ban from purchasing on all platforms. Collectors who conduct themselves in a manor that negatively impacts our brand, in any way, also face this ban. This ban will also include cancelation and clearing of any loyalty points accrued.
