Since 2018 we have been sourcing hard to find and rare fashion dolls for for our beloved buyers and the doll community, in Australia and world-wide. 

We speciliase, and only stock, dolls that are considered to be  Vintage, Designer or are collectable. We tend not to source play-line dolls intended for children, rather, we provide a selection of dolls suitable for the avid adult collector.

RETURNS & REFUNDS: 

Not happy with your new doll? We are so sorry! And will do our best to turn your experience around. 

Should your doll arrive damaged or not as described, we will organise a return of the doll back to us and a full refund or exchange. 

Please choose carefully as it is unlikely that we will offer a return due to change of mind, you will also need to cover return shipping costs should we accept a return for this reason. Any questions please email us via customercare@superstardollssydney.com.au

Customs & Duty For Buyers Outside of Australia: Please note, we do not collect any tax or customs duty for International orders. This may be charged to you by your local government authority upon arrival of your order.

PRE-ORDERS: All Pre-orders are to be paid in full at the time of the order including shipping costs. Please refer to the item description for estimated delivery times.
